Big Daddy began with barbecue, and we're proud of where we started.
But restaurants grow. Menus grow. And sometimes what starts as one thing naturally becomes something bigger.
That's what's happening at Big Daddy.
Today, our food is moving toward a broader Southern comfort food and soul food experience — fried chicken, fish, greens, macaroni and cheese, yams, cabbage and the familiar dishes people look forward to sitting down and enjoying.

What started with barbecue has grown into something much broader.
As we move forward, you'll see more Southern favorites taking center stage — chicken, fish, greens, mac and cheese, yams, cabbage and other comfort-food favorites.
Barbecue isn't disappearing. From time to time it may return as a special, a featured dish, part of a catering menu or simply something we feel like putting on the menu.
The difference is that barbecue no longer has to carry the whole restaurant.
